Notice for Class-I Admission for Session 2025-2026

Little Flower Convent School is an English Medium private unaided Christian Minority Institution which has limited seats at the Class-I level. The school imparts education to the Christian community around and also extends its services to the members of other communities to the extent possible.

Supreme Court Judgement:The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has held in the case of Society for Unaided Private Schools of Rajasthan v/s U.O.I. & others Writ Petition © No.95 of 2010, that the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education, Act 2009 (RTE) shall not apply to Unaided Minority Educational Institutions. The National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India, New Delhi has declared LITTLE FLOWER CONVENT SCHOOL, MANAGED BY THE SIMLA CHANDIGARH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY TO BE A MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 2(G) OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 2004 (‘NCMEI ACT’).

Eligibility: (1) :
Children born between 01st April 2018, and 31st March 2019 (age 6+) are eligible to apply for the session 2025-26 for the Class-I Class-I Admission.Others need not apply The registered Candidates must sit for Others need not apply Entrance Examination on Saturday, 15 March 2025 at 02:00p.m. and admission will be granted to meritorious students only (Equal No. of Male & Female) irrespective of siblings.

Eligibility: (2) :
In the case of DOB does not fall in the above eligibility criteria: -
only the student who is studying in a recognized school, and has a PEN No. (Permanent Education No) allotted by the Central Govt. can apply for class-1 with following relevant documents and details from the previous school

  1. Screenshot of the webpage or Certificate with PEN number attested by the school Principal.
  2. UDISE no. of the school
  3. Aadhar Card (Mandatory / not the enrolment no.)

Registrations are ONLINE only:
Interested Parents can fill the form online by logging into our school’s website – https://lfconventschoolsangrur.com/ on Wednesday 05th March 2025 between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and can take the printout of REGISTRATION FORM and submit it along with complete attested copies (by Notary / Gazetted officer) of the attachments at the School Office on Friday 07th March 2025 between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. with attested copies of documents as mentioned below.
(If not submitted, your registration will stand cancelled, and the registration fee will not be refunded)

Reg. Fee: - 800/- towards registration fee to be paid online which is nonrefundable.

No registration forms will be accepted after the period mentioned above. Only one registration form per child is to be submitted. In the event, if it is discovered that more than one registration form has been submitted for the same child, all such registration forms shall stand rejected and the candidate stands disqualified automatically and will not be considered for the ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.

There will be NO ADMISSION from SUNAM Area. Kindly apply for admission in LFCS Sunam.

No donation or recommendation will be accepted for admission.


There will be no second entrance test under any circumstances. If there will be any vacant seat(s), the Management shall use its own discretion to fill such vacant seat(s). The Management’s decision shall be final.

The above given fee structure is applicable for the Academic Year 2025-26. Fee may be increased as per the government guidelines every year. Parents are requested to check the above fee structure and admit your ward only if they are satisfied that they can meet the fees.

Please Note: Little Flower Convent School is a private unaided institution that receives no grant from the Government and therefore, it is imperative that the full fees be paid from time to time as per schedule.

Requirements at the time of ONLINE REGISTRATION: (Wednesday, 05 March 2025)

  1. Passport size Photograph of the applicant child (in Jpeg, Jpg format to be uploaded minimum 50 KB and maximum 1mb, Face must be clearly visible)
  2. Family photograph with the applicant child (in Jpeg, Jpg format to be uploaded minimum 50 KB and maximum 1mb, face of all must be clearly visible)
  3. Aadhar Card of the child to be uploaded in PDF format (A4 size, less than 100 KB)
  4. Date of Birth certificate of the child to be uploaded in PDF format (A4 size, less than 100 KB)
  5. Valid Email ID & Valid Mobile Number (WhatsApp enabled) of Parents
  6. 800 Registration fee to be paid online
  7. Certificate of PEN no. / Screenshot of webpage with PEN no. if the student is studying in a recognized school.

Requirements for DOCUMENT SUBMISSION: (Friday, 07 March 2025)

  1. Please ensure that all documents (where applicable) are legible and are attested by Notary / Gazetted Officer.
  2. Copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD issued in accordance with the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 wherein the names of the child and parents have been mentioned, shall be accepted. Please Note:
    The Parents’ names must exactly match the names on the applying child’s Date of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card. Birth Certificate without child’s name will not be accepted. No alteration will be permitted in any of the names once the same has been submitted . Hence, you are strongly advised, if you so desire, that necessary rectification like addition/deletion of the name/surname/parents’ name is done legally from the issuing authority before the submission of the Registration Form.
  3. Copy of Aadhar Card of the Child (Name of the child should be correct)
  4. Copy of Aadhar Card of both the Parents (Names must be as per child’s Birth certificate)
  5. Certificate of PEN no. / Screenshot of webpage with PEN no. if the student is studying in a recognized school.
  6. Kindly note: This is for our information only and has no relevance to grant admission.
  7. Single Parents/Legal Guardians: Suitable supporting documents indicating legal custody of the child by the applicant. e.g., Divorce documents/Court Order/Death Certificate.
  8. Category:
    Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Class
    SC/ST/OBC certificate of the Parents or the Child issued by the appropriate authority.
  9. Attach one latest passport size photographs of the child (not more than one month old) with the child’s name and date of the taking of the photograph printed below.
  10. Foreign Nationals, please attach the following documents:
    Valid Visa
    Residential Permit or PIO/OCI Card

Please Note:

  1. All documents submitted along with the registration form and photographs in white background shall become the property of the school and will not be returned. There will be no refund of registration fee.
  2. If selected for admission, School Leaving Certificate from previous school is mandatory
  3. Contact Numbers/Email ids given must be permanent, valid and working. In the eventuality that the school is unable to reach you at the number(s) given, the school will not be held responsible for the consequences.
  4. Ensure proper internet connectivity and gadgets before registration. School will not be responsible for any kind of technical errors or network problems arising during Registration process.
  5. School has not fixed any agents or shops for filling registration Form. Parents must be careful if anybody claims to be so and assures admission to Little Flower Convent School. School will not be responsible for any such malpractices.
  6. THE SCHOOL ON ACCEPTING THE REGISTRATION FEE AND ON REGISTERING THE NAME IS NOT IN ANY WAY BOUND TO PROVIDE ADMISSION TO YOUR WARD.
  7. Incomplete registration forms/those filled with INCORRECT / FABRICATED INFORMATION, unattested/not accompanied by the required documents, will stand disqualified.
  8. In case it comes to the knowledge of the Management, at any point of time that the information furnished is incorrect, the admission will stand cancelled without having any right to claim the refund of the fee paid.
  9. The school is not responsible for providing transport facilities. Parents will be responsible for arranging transportation for their child.
  10. If your child is selected for admission, all documents in original must be produced, for verification. In case, on verification, IF ANY DOCUMENT IS FOUND TO BE FABRICATED, FORGED OR TAMPERED WITH, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ADMISSION.
  11. Fees once paid at the time of admission will not be refunded at any cost. There is no provision to surrender the seat once the admission process is complete.
  12. Both the Parents must be present at the time of admission.
