Description:
Students of Little Flower Convent School participated in' mission hariyali'
In a bid to make Punjab green Apna Punjab Foundation initiated special drive to plant saplings in lacs on September 11 and September 12,2022.
Under this program students , teachers and the management of Little Flower Convent School Mangwal participated by planting saplings. On September 11 students of class 1 to 5 along with that parents planted saplings at their homes and they will take care of those. Next day students of class 6 to 10 along with their teachers planted saplings in school campus.
School Principal Sister Ruth said that the plantation drive was all the more important as depleting green cover is the cause of concern for everybody.
Soliciting full support of parents in the cause the School Manager Fr. Francis Xavier called upon the students to plant saplings for the sake of coming generations.
