From the beginning, I'd thought of leaders as great personalities; those who did not stutter when they spoke, did not flinch when they moved and maybe did know what fear meant. But as I dig deeper into the meaning of 'leadership', I have learned that leaders are just ordinary people with extraordinary determination. Well, being chosen as the Deputy Head boy of this institution that is like a sanctum for us where we are taught to be pious to ourselves and others, I feel honoured and humbled and pledge to do my utmost to uphold the values that define our institution.

Leadership, in my view, is about inspiring others to be their best selves. It requires humility, empathy and a willingness to listen and to learn from others. As Dy. I fell short of words to express my emotions and my gratitude for the opportunity I have received to be the Head Boy of such a prestigious institution in the district. Thanking all my teachers for determining my capability and selecting me as a vice school captain for ST. Mark house. I want that students should get involved in all school activities and must cultivate leadership qualities in students so that our school gets quality leaders which can lead the school. (Providing high-quality training for aspiring school leaders) I will be a role model for my juniors

A good leader is someone who knows all the rules and understands different positions of authority. You may not agree 100% with your teachers and parents at all times, but you should always maintain a respectful, pleasant attitude toward them. As a wise school captain, I will always be passionate about school responsibilities that can greatly affect teacher satisfaction and drive as well as student performance. The impossible task can be possible only by just making some sincere and worthy efforts towards that goal which will be done by my educational expertise and management to focus their efforts, and those of their teaching staff, on improving the quality of student learning. As a leader, I will ensure that positive energies are circulated in school environments.
