As the vice games captain, I aim to implement some changes that will enhance our school's sports programme. Firstly I want to focus on improving communication and unity among the teams. Additionally, I want to work closely with coaches and teachers to provide more opportunities for skill development and training. But as I dig deeper into the meaning of 'leadership', I have learned that leaders are just ordinary people with extraordinary determination. Well, being chosen as the Deputy Head boy of this institution that is like a sanctum for us where we are taught to be pious to ourselves and others, I feel honoured and humbled and pledge to do my utmost to uphold the values that define our institution.

According to me, the school is like a tree with the management and teachers being its roots and the students being its branches, leaves and fruits. With the empowerment of the vice house captain of St. John, I will try to meet all expectations and initiate the school to be at the apex. I do own the power to encourage and motivate house members and will do so as it will not only raise St. John to a height but also will develop children of little age into better youths. Representation of St. John defines an eagle as signifying good strength, courage and inspiration, and focusing on the outcome as pride and so we will conquer the victory.
